ZADCO Virtual Institute (ZVI)

ZADCO Virtual Institute (ZVI) is an e-Learning Center of ZADCO to create self learning and development opportunities for ZADCO staff. It is aimed at enhancing the professional lives of the staff and value addition to our company through your performance enhancements.

The Centre offers a wide range of courses including English language, Computing, Soft interpersonal skills and technical courses through ZADCO network/intranet. The center has also now started offering e-Learning (Online) courses through word wide web which can be accessed at any time, from wherever you are, as long as you have an access to a computer with internet connection and a web browser. You also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to download course material. A catalogue of American Management Association (AMA) Certificate courses for ZADCO staff is available here.

If you are a UAE National Graduate Developee, and achieved English TOEIC score of 600 or higher, then you are entitled to register in Certificate In Success Skills In The Workplace courses. You get a Certificate from American Management Association on successful completion of each course and on passing the Final Exam with a minimum of 70% marks.

If you are a UAE National Team Leader Designate or Sub Team Leader Designate or in a similar supervisory position, and if you have an approved Personal Development Plan (PDP) indicating your Training course needs, you are entitled to register in Certificate In General Management courses.
