Recognized for excellence and leadership by Sterling's Who's Who and Strathmore's Who's Who, he has been a senior training and development executive and consultant for over 30 years. He has written, produced, and directed management skills, team building, and change management training videos and audiocassette-workbook programs. Among his publications are 21 of the Successful Office Skills Series for AMACOM (translated into six languages), How to Build High Performance Teams, Fair Square and Legal. Safe Hiring, Managing, and Firing Practices to Keep Your Company Out of Court, 2nd edition (AMACOM, 1995), Why Didn't I Say That?!
