Jeffery H. Davis, M.Ed., is the founder and owner of Organization
Renewal Associates, a consulting and training company in Littleton, Massachusetts, that
specializes in improving workplace communication, coaching
and teamwork, and organizational effectiveness. The company has aided
organizations successfully in the private and public sector, including high-
tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and service industries.
Davis also has authored Coaching for Top Performance, Interpersonal Communication
Skills in the Workplace,
Developing Efficient Reading Skills in the
Workplace, and How to Develop Listening Skills in the Workplace for the American Management
Association. He is a member of the American Society for
Training and Development, the American Entrepreneurs Association, and the
Organization Development Network. Mr. Davis received his master's degree
in education from Cambridge College.
