Judith B. Geller is a human resources consultant and organization development
practitioner. She has an M.B.A. in human resources from Clark University
in Worcester, Massachusetts, and a B.S. in social work from Syracuse
University in Syracuse, New York. She is the founder of J. B. Geller Consulting,
Inc., and consults with a variety of organizations in industries such as
retail, manufacturing, financial services, outplacement, health care, consumer
services, nonprofit agencies, and other services. In addition, Ms. Geller designs
and teaches courses in human resources administration such as Prevention
of Sexual Harassment, How to Comply with the Americans with Disabilities
Act, Interviewing Strategies, How to Write Effective Job Descriptions, Diversity
in the Workplace, Performance Management, and Disability Awareness,
to name a few. Ms. Geller is the author of How to Comply with the Americans
with Disabilities Act, an AMA short course, and was the technical consultant
and Leader's Guide author of AMA's FYI Video Making Diversity Work.
